Thick berber soup called harira is a wonderful meal. It’s main ingredients are tomatoes, chick peas, lentlis, onions, spices (mainly saffron, ginger, pepper), herbs like parsley etc. Ingredients and consistency of soup vary in different regions, so you must try it whenever you can.
